Football Family

Many of the Shrewsbury Town Girls football managers have followed their daughters into the club, this is certainly the case with the current Under 14 team.

Tony Ridge is in his third season of management and his daughter Emily (13) is in her fourth season playing for Shrewsbury, Emily plays in attack and wears the No 9 shirt.

Gary Tomei is in his first season of management and his daughter Amy (also 13) is in her third season with the club, Amy wears the number 2 shirt and plays right back.
